We would be thrilled to hear from you in response to this part-time SpaceFinder Alberta project contract. This 9 week contract runs from February 27 to April 28, 2017 with a compensation of $5,000.
The Communications Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the growth and management support of the SpaceFinder Alberta project to create an online marketplace of Edmonton arts spaces. The job consists of hands-on support creating listings and active recruiting of appropriate and available spaces for the arts throughout the city. The Communications Outreach Coordinator will work with the SpaceFinder project leaders and other members of the project team as required.

Have verbal and written communications skills.
Be strong self-schedulers who can plan work and meeting deadlines.
Have affinity for data management, Microsoft Word and Excel software programs.
Be able to travel to venues throughout the city.
Specific accountabilities will include:
Availability for training from 12 to 7 pm on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Experience in the Edmonton arts and not-for-profit communities is considered an asset.
Assisting owner / operator representatives in creating listings for a minimum of 160 arts spaces, including:
Scheduling working meetings with owners / operators.
Tracking owner / operator progress in completing listings.
Reviewing listings for completeness.
Maintaining a contact list database of approximately 200 arts spaces and 350 community spaces in Edmonton, including:
Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
Entering data accurately.
