ArtsHub Creative Studios has licensable Office Studios and Studios, and bookable hot desks, exhibition, meeting, and flex space.

It also offers various purpose-built arts amenities, making it a great all-in-one stop shop for artists and arts workers. Inside you will find a kitchen, sinks with proper filtration to clean art supplies, secure keyfob and street-facing entry, studio ventilation, accessible washrooms, an elevator, and air conditioning.
